About Me

  It is really nice to meet you! My name is Shawn. I am a Keelung boy who comes from a simple family which has four people. I am the first child in the family. I have a little sister who is studying at National Yang-Ming University. She is a smart girl. My parents are both working in the workplace. However, they both spend lots of time accompanying me and my sister. The family circumstances are well-of, and the family atmosphere is happy.

  To be honest. I do not think I am the kind of person who always knows what they want and has great ambition. However, this doesn’t I am a person of no ambition. I always try my best to complete the issue I am facing and I love to try many different new things. I think I am the kind of person who doesn’t know exactly where the goal is but always does the best to find the answer on the way. Always keeping going is my life principle.

  I study at National Chung Cheng University and major in the foreign language and literature department. The reason I choose this department is not that I am really interested in this department. I just do not hate it. As I just mentioned, I try to find the answer on the way. I don’t like English in the first place. But, in this department, my English ability has greatly improved. I learn from different professors and extend my global vision. When I face any issue, I can think in many ways. These are what I get in this department.

  Here is another important thing that gets in this department. The thing is I find that I am really interested in Japanese and I make my mind to study Japanese and try to take JLPT. Therefore, I hope I can help you with my Chinese, English, and Japanese ability. And, I am convinced that my different and international vision would be helpful for the journey I am going to start.

  I take part in lots of activities in University and the thing that makes me change most is that I decide to join the basketball team of our department. It takes me so much time, but I enjoy the game, enjoy competition. Most importantly, I learn to arrange the tasks I should complete within a limited time. I know how to use my time efficiently. In the year of junior, I become the leader of the team. l learn how to lead a team and how to make an organization work harmoniously and smoothly. I grow a lot in the team and I believe this experience can help me in the future when I face any challenge.
