旁白:梨山茶是高級工藝,要做好,真的很難。

旁白:做茶有多難,梨山土生土長的茶農,陳孟智最知道。

陳:在工作的環境下是原始森林,然後跟茶樹一起生長,看看昆蟲,看看土壤,想一下說下

    一季的茶葉我們要做什麼樣的風味給大家去品嚐。

旁白:說得一派輕鬆,但6年前陳孟智剛回到自家茶園耕作,一季春茶就幾乎把他擊垮。

陳:一開始剛銜接的時候,我就是以電腦工程師的方式去做管理也好,製作也好,在製作過程才發現說,這不是單單像電腦工程這麼簡單。

旁白:電腦工程師出身的他,千算萬算,算不到老天爺根本不想讓他算,高海拔的茶區優勢

    變成劣勢。

陳:在海拔兩千公尺以上高山,它的早晚溫差極大,在製作過程當中你發現你會被天氣所影

    響。

旁白:梨山的好,不只山好,茶好,製茶的工藝更好。

陳:茶湯顏色,綠中帶黃,就是代表著梨山茶高海拔的香氣與喉韻,你如果太青,他只有香

    氣沒有喉韻,那也很常有一些人會有腸胃不適的問題。

旁白:結合好茶與好工藝,他的梨山茶才真正開花結果。在台灣獲獎無數,更連續三年拿到

    比利時iTQi三星認證的水晶獎盃。

陳:我是梨山小孩,我想把梨山茶做好,讓世界因為好茶認識梨山,更認識台灣,這樣我就

    心滿意足了。

English translation

Narrator: LiShan tea is high level craft. It is very hard to do well.

Narrator: How hard to make tea? Mengzhi Cheng grew up at LiShan and he know the answer most.

Cheng: Working in original forest, growing up with tea trees, looking insects and soil and thinking about what favor of tea we want to make for people next season.

Narrator: Talking like it is easy. However, when he came back to his own tea garden six years ago, the spring tea of the season almost broke him down.

Cheng: When I started to work, l just managed and produced like a computer engineer. However, in the process, I found that it is not so easy as computer engineering.

Narrator: As a computer engineer before, he never knew, even the god doesn’t want him to know that the advantage of high altitude would become the problem.

Cheng: At the mountain of 2000 meters above the sea level, the temperatures of morning and night change critically, and during the process of production, you would that it will be affected by weather.

Narrator: the good part of LiShan is not only the mountain itself and tea, the technique to produce tea is the better.

Cheng: The color of tea is green with yellow. It represents the fragrance and favor in throat of high altitude LiShan tea. If it is raw, it would only has fragrance without favor in throat and it would also hurt people’s stomach.

Narrator: His LiShan tea can be the best when he combines good tea and good technique. He win countless awards in Taiwan and even won Belgium iTOi three star triumph for three years continuously.

Cheng: I am a LiShan kid and I want to make LiShan tea well to let the world get to know LiShan and Taiwan because of good tea and I will feel satisfied.
